SERVICE MENU CODE is the code to enter into the condition of “SERVICE MODE“. In terms repair television there are several ways, including using the code number or alphabet or a combination of both.I was using hardware tricks to the way right at the point to short/jumper / or provided in the switch (Sharp, SONY, Samsung, Polytron, Grundig, Panasonic, Thomson, Phillips, Pioneer, JVC, Toshiba, Tv China, LG, Sanyo, Hitachi etc).
Here I will give some way / code to open a menu of services from any brand of television.

Toshiba Almost Type
# Turn the TV on.
# Press the {MUTE} button three times on the remote.
# Press the {MUTE} button again on the remote and hold.
# Then press the {MENU} button on the TV’s front panel.
# Release both buttons
# There should be a letter “S” on the upper right of the screen.
# Press the {MENU} button on the TV’s front panel again.
# You are now in Service Menu.
# Use the {CH+} or {CH-} buttons to select the item.
# Use the {VOL+} and {VOL -} buttons to adjust the value.
# Turn the set off to exit the Service Menu.
*Turn the TV on.
* Press and hold the {VOL-} button on the TV.
* Press and hold the {9} button on the remote.
* The Service Menu will be displayed.
* Use the {CH+} or {CH-} buttons to select the item.
* Use the {VOL+} and {VOL -} buttons to adjust the value.
* Turn the set off to exit the Service Menu.
*No menu on TV panel
*Press AV&F Simultaneously,enter this code 1048

Service Menu Code is the mode where we can restore or repair setting television programs into the new conditions or reset to Standard Factory Mode.
